Using a hands-on approach and my intuitive guidance, I will work to release the origination of the energy blockage found in the base chakra (pelvis). In Kundalini, the base chakra is where vital energy is generated and then supplied to the rest of the body. So when the pelvis is restricted, you are preventing life force energy from flowing, resulting in discomfort and rigidity throughout your body. Using a hands-on acupressure points technique, I will work with you to release trapped emotions like fear and anger so that you can open up to cultivate and receive pleasure.
