Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or participating in any Who What Woo offering, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any additional terms shown at checkout or in an offering description also apply; in the event of a conflict, mandatory legal rights prevail.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to private sessions, consultations, numerology readings, energy diagnostics, spiritual and wellness education, coaching-style offerings, workshops, live events, classes, memberships, subscriptions, recordings, downloadable materials, digital products, packages, and other paid offerings made available by Who What Woo.

3. All Sales Final — Non-Refundable Payments

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL FEES AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised in writing by Who What Woo. This includes deposits, partial payments, installment payments, advance bookings, unused sessions, missed events, digital products, and subscription charges. Dissatisfaction with an interpretation, outcome, or personal experience does not by itself entitle a purchaser to a refund. This policy does not limit statutory rights, including rights concerning services not delivered as agreed.

4. Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows

Appointments must be attended at the confirmed time. Requests to reschedule must be sent at least [48] hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted [once] per booking at Who What Woo’s discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows forfeit the booked session fee. A late arrival does not extend the scheduled session. If Who What Woo cancels and cannot provide the purchased service or a mutually agreed alternative, the client will receive the remedy required by law, which may include a refund.

5. Workshops, Events & Programs

Event and program fees reserve access or a place and are non-refundable subject to applicable law. Failure to attend does not create an entitlement to a refund or replay. Recordings, materials, and substitutions are provided only when expressly included in the offer. If an event is canceled by Who What Woo, clients will be offered a rescheduled event, appropriate alternative, or refund as required by law.

6. Digital Products & Deliverables

Digital downloads, reports, recordings, and other electronically delivered products are final sale to the extent permitted by law. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information needed to prepare personalized deliverables. Estimated delivery times and included revisions, if any, will be stated in the specific offering. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies for faulty, inaccessible, or undelivered content where legally required.

7. Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew at the price and frequency disclosed at enrollment until canceled. You authorize recurring charges under the disclosed billing terms. Cancel before the next renewal using [insert cancellation method or account link] to prevent future charges; cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund a current or past billing period, except where required by law. Any trial terms, renewal notices, or cancellation rights required by law will be honored.

8. Payment Plans

If an offering includes an installment plan, the plan is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price, not a pay-as-you-go subscription, unless the offer states otherwise. Scheduled installments remain payable subject to applicable law and the terms presented at checkout. A missed payment may result in suspension of access after any legally required notice.

9. Nature of Services & Client Responsibility

Who What Woo provides educational, spiritual, reflective, and wellness-oriented services. Unless expressly identified as such and provided by an appropriately licensed professional, these services are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. No specific result, prediction, or personal transformation is guaranteed. Clients retain responsibility for their decisions and should seek qualified professional care when appropriate.

10. Conduct, Access & Intellectual Property

Participants must behave respectfully and must not record, redistribute, resell, reproduce, or share paid materials or session access without written permission. Who What Woo retains ownership of its original content, methods, and materials. A purchase grants only the personal, non-transferable use rights described in the offering. Access may be restricted for serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes, Disputes & Applicable Law

Terms may be updated prospectively, with notice when required. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase unless law provides otherwise. Questions or concerns should be directed to [insert support email]. These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without waiving consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing here prevents a customer from exercising lawful payment-dispute or consumer-protection rights.

12. Client Acknowledgment

Before purchase, the client should affirmatively acknowledge: “I have read and agree to the Client Terms & Conditions, including the All Sales Final and Non-Refundable Payment Policy, subject to my rights under applicable law.”

Implementation note: Display the refund policy prominently on each sales page and checkout screen, and require an unchecked acknowledgment box. Fill in all bracketed fields before publication. Have counsel review for the jurisdictions where you sell, especially recurring billing and consumer cancellation requirements.
